Food preparation's role in chronic disease

We all know that circulating levels of AGEs (and Rages) are bad news. This makes you think how you want to prepare your food since the levels are directly related to our food intake!! I am not ready to rely on raw food entirely although clearly that works well for some, but I am ready to take my enzymes like Wobenzym and Lumbrokinase (Boluoke) and Nattokinase, and digestive enzymes.
